Team Administrator – Mental Health Admin, Full‑Time

Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust in Brook Heys, Altrincham, is seeking a Band 3 Team Administrator for the CMHT Central & South Trafford. You will take incoming calls, greet service users attending clinics, log referrals and arrange outpatient appointments.

You will provide admin support to the clinical team, record notes, type correspondence, and handle data quality tasks within a fast-paced multidisciplinary team.
