Community Outreach Lead, Food Waste Programme

Pertemps Plymouth is recruiting a Community Engagement Officer to support Plymouth’s new Food Waste Collection Programme. The role is temporary (July 2026 – January 2027) based in Plymouth, 37 hours per week, paying £15.56 per hour.

You will engage residents, attend community events, and support campaigns to raise awareness of the service. With potential for extension depending on departmental needs, this role requires a full UK driving licence and strong customer service and communication
