Finance Controller — Path to Director in 12 Months

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD are assisting a well-established packaging business in the UK to recruit an experienced Financial Controller.

You will manage the finance team, prepare monthly and annual management accounts and budgets, oversee VAT and financial reporting, and drive value through FX, supplier terms and smarter cash flow.

There is potential progression into a Director position within 12 months, with a practical mix of office-based work and occasional home-based days.
