Apprenticeship Growth & Partnerships Lead

Cirencester College is seeking a driven Business Development Lead for Apprenticeships to grow our provision by securing new employer partnerships and generating apprenticeship opportunities. The role drives employer engagement and supports employers to recruit apprentices, with involvement in events and marketing activities.

You will manage a pipeline of opportunities, build relationships, and help create T-Level placements where possible.
