Remote RevOps Director, SaaS and Data (UK)

Parcelhero is seeking a senior Revenue Operations Director to own the RevOps function across Sales, Customer Success and Marketing. You will report to the CRO and scale our SaaS subscription business, expanding Salesforce and building advanced forecasting for the Board.

You will lead a team, manage BI and analytics infrastructure (Power BI, Azure, GA4), and optimise the full sales and marketing tech stack to drive automation, accuracy, and strategic insight.
