On-Call Clinical Pharmacist – Rotational Roles (Jersey)

Government of Jersey is seeking a Clinical Rotational Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team on the island of Jersey. The role involves on-call involvement and participation in the weekend rota, with opportunities across multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centred clinical care.

You will undertake medicines optimisation, conduct medication reviews and provide expert clinical advice during ward rounds, contributing to safe and effective treatment and best practice guidelines.
