Riverford Organic Farmers in Peterborough is seeking a Production Team Manager to lead our Roots and Pre-pack operations. You’ll manage a team of co-owners to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality outputs across shifts, while developing better ways of working and a positive team culture.

As an employee-owned business, Riverford values collaboration, continuous improvement and strong communication. The role offers 40 hours a week across a Sunday–Thursday pattern and a competitive salary.
