Retail Contracts Manager — Freelance or Perm

Harvey Jacob Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail construction projects across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire. The role can be freelance or permanent, with a day-rate arrangement and an immediate start.

You will manage 2–3 live projects at once, coordinate with site managers, clients and subcontractors, ensure safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence, and report progress to the regional Director.
