Strategic HR Partner – 9-Month FTC (Hybrid)

Charles River Laboratories seeks a trusted HR Business Partner to deliver HR services on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract, hybrid (3 days onsite) in Tranent. You will support the whole employee journey, partner with stakeholders, and manage complex employee relations with strategic insight.

The role requires CIPD level 5 or equivalent, strong communication and employment law knowledge, and travel to the Tranent site. Salary ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 plus bonus and benefits.
