Strategic HR Partner – 9-Month FTC, Hybrid

Charles River Laboratories in Tranent, East Lothian, seeks an HR Business Partner to deliver HR services across the organisation on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. The role is hybrid (3 days/week onsite) reporting to the Associate Director, Human Resources.

You will support the full employee lifecycle, partner with stakeholders, handle complex ER cases, and contribute to performance and salary planning. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is required, with travel to the Tranent site as needed.
