Adult Social Care Social Worker (2-Year FTC)

Wokingham Borough Council in Wokingham is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care Team on a full-time, 2 year fixed term contract. You’ll work with a diverse range of adults and carers, focusing on what people can do and helping them live the life they choose, while supporting carers in their roles.
