Based in Tiverton Community Hospital, with hybrid working options (minimum 3 days in-office), you’ll work with individuals aged 17 and above.
As an Advanced Social Worker, you’ll:
- Deputise for the Team Manager
- Chair safeguarding meetings
- Mentor colleagues
- Offer expert advice and guidance to the team, demonstrating strong legal literacy and a thorough understanding of statutory duties and social work legislation.
- Working with other Advanced Practitioners to ensure practice standards and deliver quality assurance
