Support Worker – Adult Social Care & Signposting

Blackpool Council is seeking a Support Worker in Adult Social Care to meet individuals needing support, signpost services and provide practical assistance to maximise independence. You will work with Health and Social Care colleagues and other services to deliver person-centred support.
