Intensive Support Worker, Care Leavers – Empower Growth (Hybrid)

Stockport Council invites applications for an Intensive Support Worker in the Leaving Care Team. The role is 37 hours per week, full time, temporary until March 2027, with a hybrid/work-from-home option at Central House, Leaving Care Hub.

You will support young people aged 16–25 who are or have been in care, helping them move into adulthood with confidence and stability. The post requires experience with young people with complex needs, delivering wraparound support in a multidisciplinary team
