Cluster Kitchen Manager – Multi-Hotel Food Safety & Ops

IHG – voco Grand Central Glasgow and Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel are seeking a Cluster Kitchen Manager to lead two iconic Glasgow kitchens. This full-time, permanent role covers 40 hours weekly across both hotels, focusing on food safety, compliance, purchasing and training with a hands-on leadership style.

You will oversee HACCP, allergen management, COSHH and risk assessments, while driving waste reduction, profitability and kitchen planning.
