Social Care Assistants

We are looking for a Social Care Assistant to join our small team at Ach-an –EasCare Home in Inverness. The role focuses on delivering personal care and supporting daily living activities for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents and assist with activities of daily living.
• Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver a high standard of care.
• Support other staff in their responsibilities towards residents.

Qualifications & Skills

• SVQ Level 2 in Care or related qualification desirable; training will be provided.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively with colleagues.
• Commitment to safeguarding and teamwork.
• Applications welcomed from Gaelic speakers.

Working Hours

Rotational shifts. Hours to be discussed. Weekend and out of hours work will be paid for.
