Compassionate Family Support Worker — Flexible Temp Role

Prospero Health & Social Care – Chelmsford is seeking a Family Support Worker to help vulnerable children and young people develop resilience and positive coping strategies. You will work closely with families, schools, social workers and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for service users in a flexible, supportive environment.

This temporary role requires at least 6 months of relevant experience and a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
