Amey is recruiting a Cleaner Team Leader at NRS Harwell to lead a small on-site cleaning team in a high-security, safety-critical environment. This long-term role offers a 9-day fortnight and consistent hours, with opportunity to lead from the front alongside hands-on cleaning duties.

You’ll manage rotas, holidays and sickness, keep standards via inspections, and liaise with the client and Facilities Manager in a controlled environment.
