Job Overview

Berkeley Scott is seeking experienced Care Home Chefs for temporary agency work in Portsmouth. This role involves preparing and cooking meals to a high standard within care home kitchens across the area.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
• Following all food hygiene and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in care home kitchens
• Strong understanding of specialist diets and nutritional requirements
• Enhanced DBS certificate
• Good knowledge of Health & Food Safety standards

Working Conditions & Compensation

Pay rates start from £16.00 per hour, depending on experience, with holiday pay included.

Flexible working patterns are available for skilled chefs.
