What you will do:
- Assist in the booking of samples within Blood Sciences Specimen Reception, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support laboratory staff with the preparation and processing of clinical samples.
- Maintain and organise laboratory supplies, ensuring all areas are stocked and well organised.
- Utilise laboratory information management systems to log and track specimens.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment to uphold laboratory hygiene and safety standards.
Experience Required:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the Blood Sciences sector.
- Driving licence: A valid driver’s licence is preferable, offering greater flexibility for travel between sites as needed.
