Functional Skills Tutor for 16–18s | Flexible, Home-Ready Role

Red 5 People Ltd is seeking an experienced teacher to deliver Functional Skills English and Maths to 16–18-year-olds in a small, close-knit environment. You’ll use Pearson schemes and support learners through weekly exams, while guiding a rolling cohort of around 60 learners.

This role requires a teaching qualification (AET 3 / PTLLS min). Expect one day a week for admin and planning from home, with a supportive team and a culture that values hands-on input and real learner impact.
