MBE Transformation Change Lead

Greencore is seeking an MBE Initiative Change Lead in Leeds to enable the successful delivery of changes within transformation initiatives, aligning with the Making Business Easier (MBE) initiative project plans.

You will define the change approach, assess impacts, engage stakeholders, plan readiness for go-live, coordinate communications, and develop training content while identifying risks and mitigation plans to ensure successful implementation.
