General Manager

General Manager – Award Winning Bar and Restaurant Group, London City, up to £40k plus bonus

Assist in providing a professional and efficient hospitality service, ensuring standards are achieved and maintained. Drive the business forward to maximise sales at all times.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site P&L.
• Be responsible for all site KPIs.
• Conduct monthly stock‑takes and review results and variances with relevant departments.
• Deliver great hospitality and maintain impeccable standards.
• Agree and implement actions to continuously improve the guest experience.
• Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
• Plan, prioritise and organise work.
• Develop a personalised development plan for the team.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as a General Manager.
• Experience controlling sales volumes of over £50,000 in a branded bar/food environment.
• High standard of restaurant and personal presentation, ensuring good personal hygiene for self and the team.
• Progressive management skills.

Package

Up to £40,000 package, plus bonus.
