The Role
- Full project ownership from design and engineering through to install and commissioning
- Projects average £1.5M — and you’ll typically manage 1 or 2 at a time (never more than 3)
- You’ll be backed by a tight team: Project Engineer, Commissioning Manager, and Supervisor — with admin support on the bigger schemes
- Interface directly with clients, consultants, and site teams — autonomy and trust are baked into the culture
What We’re Looking For
- Background in BMS, controls, or ELV systems (fire, security, data)
- Client‑facing, independent PMs who know how to lead teams and run jobs
- Comfortable delivering on technically demanding MEP packages
- Familiar with building automation, energy controls or integrated systems
- Based within commuting distance to Central London — all travel to site covered
