Job Description
Reporting into the . CEO, with a functional reporting connection to the Group CFO internationally, the Finance Director will operate as the lead finance executive for the Americas region and a key collaborator to the senior leadership team. This individual will assume full responsibility for the North American finance function, overseeing a team of roughly 8 professionals while driving improved financial results, reinforcing governance, and enabling well informed business decisions. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Building, mentoring, and refining the regional finance team to enhance structure, ownership, and overall performance
- Acting as a strategic partner to the CEO, delivering financial insight and thoughtful challenge on operational and commercial matters
- Leading all core financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and detailed performance review across manufacturing, commercial, and service lines
- Increasing transparency around KPIs, margins, and operating metrics to better inform leadership decisions
- Championing cost management and profitability improvement initiatives across the organization
- Maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring compliance with both local requirements and global policies
- Serving as the key liaison with Group Finance, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely reporting
- Contributing to ongoing transformation efforts and helping build a more forward looking, data led finance function
