Apply for the Senior Product Manager (Ecosystem)
Location: London
Job Description:

As a Senior Product Manager – Ecosystem SDKs and Widgets, you will lead the strategy, discovery, and delivery of Collinson’s SDK and widget capabilities, enabling clients and partners to integrate Collinson propositions into their own digital ecosystems faster, more consistently, and with less bespoke development effort.

This role is focused on simplifying the developer and implementation experience across Collinson’s ecosystem. You will own reusable capabilities that support discovery, configuration, testing, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimisation, working closely with product, engineering, architecture, commercial, and implementation teams to deliver scalable and commercially valuable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritisation for Ecosystem SDKs, widgets, and the Developer Portal.
  • Lead the definition, delivery, launch, and lifecycle management of SDK, widget, and Developer Portal capabilities.
  • Simplify client and partner integration by improving developer onboarding, documentation, sandbox access, implementation guidance, and self-service support.
  • Translate client, developer, commercial, and technical needs into clear product requirements, backlogs, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
  • Work with engineering, architecture, security, UX, commercial, and implementation teams to deliver scalable, secure, reusable, and supportable capabilities.
  • Define and maintain standards for usability, configuration, versioning, compatibility, performance, security, analytics, documentation, and release management.
  • Use adoption data, implementation feedback, and performance metrics to reduce integration friction, increase reuse, and improve time-to-market.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

  • Proven product management experience in SDKs, widgets, developer platforms, digital integration, or reusable platform capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of developer experience, including documentation, onboarding, sandbox access, implementation support, and self-service tools.
  • Good technical fluency across APIs, SDKs, widgets, authentication, versioning, configuration, analytics, performance, privacy, and security.
  • Experience working with engineering, architecture, UX, commercial, and implementation teams to deliver scalable digital products.
  • Ability to translate client, developer, business, and technical needs into clear product requirements and prioritised delivery plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using adoption data, feedback, and performance metrics to improve product outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills in a complex delivery environment.
