Following recent project wins, our client, an award-winning Architectural practice, are lookingfor an Architectural Technologist to join their growing Brighton office. This is an excitingopportunity to play a key role in designing exceptional projects either in the Educational,Leisure or Extra Care sector.The successful Architectural Technologist will join a supportive, design lead and specialistteam to work on projects ranging up to £100m in project value, using Revit daily. The role willinvolve producing drawings, technical designs, specifications and schedules to supportdesign development and information release.

Architectural Technologist Position Overview:
- Produce detailed drawings, technical designs, specifications and schedules using Revit to support projects from design development through to construction
- Develop and manage designs, ensuring accuracy, coordination and compliance with project standards
- Prepare technical information packages for planning, tender and construction stages
- Coordinate technical information across disciplines, identifying and resolving design and construction issues
- Work closely with the wider technical team
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to support smooth project delivery
- Assist with day to day project running, including managing deadlines, information release and design team coordination
- Ensure all work complies with current Building Regulations, industry standards and best practice
Architectural Technologist Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience within an architectural practice
- Advanced working knowledge of Revit, with experience producing detailed technical information
- Exceptional technical design skills
- Experience managing projects through all RIBA stages
- Experience within either the Educational, Leisure or Extra Care sectors
- Confident and professional client-facing approach, with the ability to lead or contribute to meetings and presentations
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively
