Venesky-Brown are looking for an experiencedSkilledGroundworkerfor ongoing works supporting our client on infrastructure projects in theHaslingden/ Blackburnarea of Lancashire.This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project delivering key infrastructure works with an immediate start available.
Job Details
- Location: Haslingden / Blackburn Area
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm (currently)
- Start Date:3rd of August
Rates
- £19.34 per hour PAYE (first 9.5 hours)
- £24.17 per hour (after 9.5 hours)
- £29.01 per hour (Saturday & Sunday)
- Holiday Pay
- Pension Scheme
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and test temporary and permanent electrical systems across the site.
- Carry out cable installation, termination, fault finding, and electrical repairs.
- Read and work from electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with site procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Complete inspections, testing, and documentation while working safely with other site trades.
Requirements
- Must have aCSCScard
- Must have EUSR CAT & Genny
- Must have EUSR Water SHEA
- Full UK Driving Licence and own transport to site
- Previous civils/ utilities experience essential
- Must have minimum 1 years experience as an Electrician
- Safety critical medical would be beneficial
