Strategic Employee Relations Partner

Arriva Group is seeking an experienced ER Partner to drive effective employee relations by coaching ER Business Partners, managing high‑risk cases and implementing proactive case management frameworks to reduce cost and risk across the business.

You will develop policy, provide expert guidance on absence, disciplinary and grievance matters, build strong relationships with unions and managers, and maintain up‑to‑date employment law knowledge to support Arriva’s standards and values.
