Strategic Category Manager – Hybrid Oxford

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Category Manager to join their procurement team in a hybrid role based in Oxford. You will develop and deliver procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with procurement legislation while driving value for money.

The role requires MCIPS qualification (or progress toward Levels 5 & 6), and a track record of leading complex procurement projects in public or commercial sectors.
