Neonatal Patient Safety & Risk Lead (Band 7)

The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced neonatal professional to step into the Band 7 Patient Safety and Risk Manager role. Based at Sunrise Neonatal Unit, you will lead safety, governance and quality initiatives across neonatal services, shaping strategy and driving improvements for babies and families.

You will promote a learning culture, oversee incident investigations, manage risks and ensure compliance with national standards.
