Outpatients Lead HCSW – Clinic Support & Diagnostics

NHS Shetland is seeking an experienced Health Care Support Worker for the Outpatients department on a full-time basis (36 hours per week). The role supports multiple specialties, performs venepuncture and 12‑lead ECG, and leads clinics independently in due course.

The successful candidate will have HCSW/SHCSW experience and will complete induction standards and code of conduct within 3 months of starting. Distant Island Allowance applies, reflecting local terms of service.
