General Manager – 24/7 Pick & Bulk Ops Leader

Lineage is seeking a General Manager to lead the Holmewood site, overseeing a 24/7 pick operation with around 120 staff across all departments. The role demands strong leadership to deliver safe, productive performance and to drive customer-focused service excellence.
