Mears Group PLC is seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team for a service user in Falkirk. The role involves 24‑hour support, including personal care, meal preparation and transportation with day and waking night shifts, on a zero‑hour contract.

The ideal candidate is attentive, patient and compassionate, with a focus on the service user’s quality of life and dignity. You will accompany her to appointments and engage in community activities, with driving licence preferred for day trips
