Quantity Surveyor – Major Prison Redevelopment

Laing O’Rourke, Expanded Structures, is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to support the HMP Grendon redevelopment in Buckinghamshire. You will take responsibility for commercial duties across the project lifecycle, including measurement, valuations and subcontracts. The role requires NEC contract experience and a degree in QS.

The project offers exposure to a major capital programme with long-term impact on safety and rehabilitation. RICS membership is desirable.
