EMEA CSM Lead — Remote to London, Equity & Unlimited PTO

Pylon is seeking a dedicated CSM to own accounts end-to-end across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, becoming a product expert and setting the standard for a great CSM motion in this region.

This individual contributor role is a stepping stone to leadership as the team expands in the EMEA region. The candidate will manage onboarding, adoption, and expansion while collaborating with product and support teams.
