Temporary Maintenance Operative – Leeds (20h/wk)

Simon Lincoln Recruitment Services is seeking a reliable Maintenance Operative to support a student accommodation property in Leeds on a temporary basis. This hands‑on role involves painting, basic maintenance and cleaning duties to keep rooms and communal areas in good condition.

You will carry out minor repairs, clean carpets with standard equipment, report issues promptly, and work Monday to Friday 20 hours per week.
