Bank Support Worker — Compassionate Care, Fully Funded DBS

Prime Life are seeking a Bank Support Worker to support residents at Gilby House Nursing Home in Winterton. The role offers flexible shifts between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week, with benefits and ongoing training.

The successful candidate will provide dignified support, companionship and practical help, with a focus on resident independence and wellbeing. Prior experience is welcome but not required, as full training is provided.
