Ambitious Corporate Associate: M&A, PE & Advisory (Leeds)

QED Legal LLP in Leeds is seeking a Corporate Associate with 2–4 PQE to manage a genuine breadth of work streams, including M&A core and exposure to private equity, restructures and broader corporate advisory work.

Deal flow ranges from £5m to £100m+, with domestic and cross-border activity for owner-managed businesses, SMEs and large corporates across multiple sectors. You’ll run smaller matters early on while supporting partners on larger transactions.
