Junior Accountant Trainee: Direct Mentorship & Real Client Work

Polaris Accountants in Loudwater is seeking a hands-on junior accountant to join a fast-growing practice. The role offers exposure to real client work from day one, including statutory accounts, tax, VAT, bookkeeping using Xero and VT, payroll, and client communication.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in practice, AAT Level 3 or higher (or studying ACCA/ACA), and can commute to Loudwater (HP10). The firm offers training, mentoring from directors, and progression in a growing firm.
