Responsibilities

• Own UAE-wide business development including clinics, pharmacies, gyms, wellness centres, research facilities, personal trainers, and more.
• Drive profitable growth and earn 10% commission on gross profit once payment is collected.
• Partner with marketing, tech, and operations teams to ensure partners are supported and onboarded seamlessly, including clinics, wellness centres, gyms, pharmacies, longevity doctors, and corporate wellness partners in the UAE.
• Help shape the local growth strategy and mentor future hires as the company scales.

What You’ll Earn

• Base salary: AED 10,000 per month (dependent on experience).
• Commission: Uncapped commissions on collected sales.
• Benefits: Transport and fuel allowance, mobile phone, health insurance.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in business development, with a proven track record in selling premium products or services across various industries, including healthcare, wellness, fitness, or research sectors.
• Experience includes working with clinics, gyms, pharmacies, health professionals, or research centres in the UAE.
• Has a strong UAE network of healthcare decision-makers.
• Thrives in a 100% field-based role, building trust and closing deals.
• Is a self-starter and highly entrepreneurial, able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Understands that this is not a 9 to 5 job but an opportunity to own your market, your time, and your results.
