What you will do:
- Hold a complex caseload involving children and families requiring assessment, support, and safeguarding interventions.
- Work closely with families to promote understanding of children’s needs and development, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Liaise with other professionals, external agencies, and stakeholders to provide a collaborative and effective service.
- Use your professional judgment to make recommendations and influence multi-agency responses to safeguarding concerns.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, attend and contribute to meetings, and take part in the legal process when required.
