Job Description:
Community Care Live is seeking an Adult Social Worker to join a Substance Misuse Team in a hybrid role. You will perform strength-based assessments under the Care Act and collaborate with homelessness services, including visits to hostels, to support individuals on their recovery path.
The ideal candidate has two years post-qualification experience in adult social work, with strong mental health expertise and a solid grasp of the Mental Capacity Act. Hybrid working and PAYE payments available.
