Operations Director: Lean Manufacturing & Growth

SF Search Partners is seeking an experienced Operations Director for a specialist fabrication business in the United Kingdom. The role reports to the Managing Director and leads production, supply chain, procurement, warehousing and logistics to drive operational performance.

You will develop and execute the operational strategy, lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and build high‑performing teams while managing budgets and ensuring quality and on-time customer delivery.
