Conveyancing Team Leader – Hybrid Work

Co-op is seeking a Conveyancing Team Leader to join the Probate Operations team. You will coach, mentor and develop your team to deliver quality property service and strong client outcomes. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, based in Bristol or Stratford-upon-Avon.

You will drive improvements, manage people, and ensure high standards in conveyancing work while delivering excellent client service within a fast-growing legal business.
