Head of Maintenance – 24/7 Plant Reliability Leader

Marshall Harmony is seeking a Head of Maintenance for a large, 24/7 heavy manufacturing facility. You will lead mechanical, electrical, automation, planning and shift maintenance, creating structure, accountability and a balance between reactive and planned work.

You will work with Operations to set priorities, improve uptime, and leverage maintenance data to drive better outcomes. The role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to develop the next generation of engineers and technicians.
