Network Control Lead — 24/7 OCC Leader

Severn Trent Water is seeking a capable leader to head a team in the Operational Control Centre (OCC), guiding critical decisions on outages, water quality and asset failures, 24/7. You will report to the OCC Business Lead and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver optimal outcomes for customers and stakeholders.

You will drive risk assessment for planned activities and coach the team in continuous improvement, while balancing reactive and planned work.
