We’re looking for an HGV Technician to join a commercial vehicle business in Warrington.
This is a role suited to someone with at least 5 years’ experience working on HGVs, as you will be carrying out servicing, inspections, fault finding and repairs across trucks and trailers.

- £50,000 – £56,000 per annum
- Mon – Fri 6am – 2pm / 2pm -10pm
- Every other Saturday 6am – 12pm
- Overtime paid at 1.5x

What will you be doing as an HGV Technician?
- Carrying out servicing, inspections and general repairs
- Working across trucks and trailers, with around 70% truck work and 30% trailer work
- Preparing vehicles for MOT
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
- Identifying defects and completing the required repair work
- Working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Carrying out basic MIG welding when required
What will you need?
- At least 2 years’ experience working as an HGV Technician or in a similar role
- Level 3 NVQ qualification (desirable)
