Lead Child Care Officer: Learning Needs & Autism

Birmingham Children’s Trust is seeking a Senior Child Care Officer to support children with learning disabilities, autism, complex health conditions and challenging behaviour in our residential setting. You will lead care planning, promote safety and empowerment, and work closely with families, schools and social workers.

The role requires dedication, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, in a hybrid office and home environment.
