Europe Compensation Strategy Lead

IMC is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to join our global Compensation team and lead regional initiatives across Europe. Reporting to the Head of Compensation, you will shape job architecture, leveling, and salary structures, and partner with HR and Finance to ensure equity and regulatory compliance.

You will drive pay equity analyses, build data-driven insights and dashboards, and support European market benchmarking to sustain competitive rewards globally.
